"Property had a rare addition to equipment which I use regularly at home, a rowing machine. Breakfast good, staff lovely. Baby we travelled with got pretty dirty crawling on hall carpet was my biggest complaint."

"Kitchen came with essentials and hotel had items to borrow if needed. Great room set up would definitely stay again."

"The hotel is on the main road, heavy traffic all day and night. Not enough parking. The room was clean, comfy bed and the staff were excellent. Because of the traffic noise I wouldn’t stay here again."

"They don’t do daily housekeeping and to me that’s a deal breaker. When I brought it up it took them hours to reply that they only clean the room if you stay more than 3 nights, otherwise you have to request it. Well, no one informed me of that, so we came back to an unmade bed and wet towels. Also, the rooms and specially the bathrooms are extremely poorly lit. The bed was comfortable though, but I wouldn’t stay here again "

"I accidentally booked for the wrong date. Hotels.com said it was up to the property to refund my money, After calling Big Horn, they said it was up to Hotels.com. I did make a mistake but the fact I started to call right after I made the mistake and no one would refund the money is pretty bad. "

"Breakfast was mostly waffles and rolls. I’m diabetic and couldn’t eat anything but 2 boiled eggs and my husband had a small roll. You need to add scrambled eggs, meat and low fat yogurt. The room and staff were great."
