"Great stay if you want to explore the Izu peninsula and unwind after exploring Tokyo. Good access to transportation to the Hakone Loop and other nature spots. Wonderful public bath to relax after a day of exploring. Rooms were designed well and had a lot of nice amenities."

"Country inn style hotel with amazingly friendly staff The owner was so keen to help and really wanted you to have a good time Great view of Fuji Few restaurants near by and driving distance to the local attractions. Hotel is being renovated so some areas are newer than others but all very clean. Onsen was great particularly out door one."

"I was assigned to a room that I later found out had been remodeled. It was excellent - clean, modern, fantastic tub and shower room separate from the sink, and separate WC room with bidet toilet with all the bells and whistles. The bed was very comfortable, but was actually larger than it needed to be. Because of the size of the bed (at least a โKingโ size bed in American sizing) the rest of the main room was cramped. The space to walk around the bed was very tight, but we made it work. Maybe a slightly smaller bed would help make the room feel less cramped. The breakfast was fine - a good selection of items, well prepared. I didnโt use any other features provided by the hotel besides room and breakfast. Overall, I would rate the room a 4.5 out of 5.0 based on cleanliness, comfort, etc. Slightly smaller bed or larger main room would have rated a 5.0"

"First off I will say the location of this hotel is the WORST! it is far away from everything and yes you may see Mount Fuji but they have no shuttle to the outlets or anything. Me and my husband had to rent a car. Itโs a very nice hotel but staff were RUDE, even the kitchen crew were being very rude!! Only nice things I can say is the complementary breakfast was good. I will never stay here again."

"We absolutely loved the charm of this place! We didnโt do the breakfast, but we indulge in the onsen, nighttime Ramen, and the ice cream post onsen! The staff was very helpful and kind, and very patient with us using Google translate. We loved our time here!"
