"My stay was absolutely wonderful in every respect. The staff was remarkable, the location perfect and the Casa is beautiful and well maintained. If you are planning to stay in Contessa this is the place! Cannot recommend a better way to spend time in Mexico City then to stay here and enjoy the warm welcome from everyone at the place. "

"I debated whether to even do this review so that the word wouldn't get out about how amazing this property is. From the minute we walked in the door, we were in love. Within 24 hours we knew we would never stay anywhere else in CDMX. The staff is so kind and helpful, the food is top notch, and the little touches of art and design put this hotel over the edge. "Lamentablemente, la noche del 14 de diciembre hubo cerca una fiesta y fue difícil conciliar el sueño, pues todavía a las 4 de la mañana seguía el alboroto y la música.
La habitación no tiene calefacción, pero sí un calentador portátil. En época de frío hay que tomar esto en cuenta. "
