"No hot water! This was the only substantial problem of my stay, but very important, as a cold shower has triggered a serious medical condition in me in the past. I dialed 0 an hour before check-out time to report this, but no one answered (during business hours no less). I had to heat cups and an ice bucket of water in the microwave just to take a lukewarm shallow bath, which caused me to overstay my checkout. "This is a vintage 1960s motel that while still has the vintage decor and style was clean and neat. The breakfast was provided in the diner by ordering off the menu. I had coffee, eggs to order, toast and crispy bacon. My wife’s biscuits and gravy were delicious. I love that this place is still operating in an old school way. Not fancy. Not for Everyone but a pleasure for us. "
