Downtown Branson

"The place was clean, spacious and beautiful. The unit we were given was a basement unit, my 80 year old father doesn’t do stairs well so I had asked when booking if we could be put on the first floor, going up and down the stairs was not ideal for him. The people above us were extremely loud and noisy til way after quiet hours. The beds were pretty comfortable but the mattress in the master bedroom was lopsided and the pillows were somewhat flat and lumpy."

6. Spacious 3BR House in St. Louis

"A lot to say about this property We selected it because it was an in-between location for our activities: downtown StL and Six Flags. Lots of historic architecture for miles in each direction, which I liked. A bit of a trip to I-44 and I-64, took probably 10 minutes one way, the only drawback to its geographic location. BUT lots of local restaurants located in that travel corridor, which was good. The good: the property was functional with plenty of bed space. Table space was ample and...

"Live mice in upstairs bedroom and in kitchen cabinet. Soiled blankets and sofa. Dishwasher had standing water and smelled horrible as did the entire first floor. Did not feel comfortable using anything in kitchen due to mouse droppings and other sanitary issues. The first night we saw a mouse upstairs and contacted the host, the response was “is it still there?” No empathy, no apologies. It was a poor night of sleep for the entire family as we worried. The next morning, a mouse dropped from a...

"Good- It wasn't in the middle of everything easy to get in and out. <5 minutes to get to the strip Room/condo size was large and comfortable Full kitchen washer/dryer with soap Bad- First condo we were in as soon as you walked it it smelled like smoke so bad and the air filter was sitting on the floor. We asked if there was anyway to change rooms, they said yes and got switched to a new room (positive thing!) Went to the new room and tried to get the kids settled, dinner, etc. Floors were ok,...

17. Lake Shore Landing For 20!

Branson

"The stay was great for our large party. Plenty of room!! The bathrooms were clean, water pressure was excellent! Location in regards to The Landing and shops was excellent. I have been to Branson from Kansas City 20+ times, from 1990 to present. I don’t want to list by name, but I have stayed in some high-end resorts and some regular older hotels. I have stayed on the lake and in town. I have traveled with a minimum of four and this last trip we had 16.. I would rent this place again. ...
