"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "

"This was of the most cleanest and unique hotel! I loved the lockers painted as books! The detention Hall bar and metal small locker bed side table in the room. The bed is SUPER comfortable!! The restaurant - the graphite was phenomenal.. loved the creative menu to go with hotel. We will recommend this hotel to everyone!! Outstanding staff as well.. not mean none in hotel or restaurant! Thank you all!!"

Each room as well as all the common areas were beautifully appointed with so many interesting touches of decor... the attention to detail was entertaining and simply delightful. I highly recommend The Lodge at Grant's Trail. My husband and I would definitely enjoy staying there again, next time we're in the St. Louis area."
