"I was very satisfied with the the front desk clerk ( Nicole) She was very helpful when we experienced a problem with our small dog. She immediately got us a better location room with a minimum of disruption. She gets 10 stars!!! The room was very clean and the beds were almost as comfortable as my own. "Nothing unique about about the property. They have a nice swimming pool no hot tub. My only problem was the bed was very uncomfortable. Sheets were inside out. I had to call and ask for them to please send someone mop our floor. It was filthy. I also spoke to the maid and someone else with a name tag on and told them how dirty the door and the wall by toilet was. I rated it a 3 due to the bed and cleanliness was so bad.
