"The A/C in the Common area in the wing we were in was out, the push bar to the door between our wing and the main building was hanging off the door, there were holes and patches of plaster torn off the wall in our room. The pool was not available ( no water in it) even tho it was after Memorial Day. We were short a pillow but the staff brought us one. Breakfast was fine and the staff was helpful if not particularly friendly. Overall it was perfectly acceptable but seemed overrated on the Expedia...

"My check-in was quick and the room was ready. The property was clean, room was spacious and the beds were soft. I must admit that I slept so good in that bed! Breakfast was pretty decent. The staff was nice and helpful. No complaints at all for Quality Inn, the family and I enjoyed our stay."

"Place had very little seating outside anywhere, even though it had a nice wide balcony on both floors. I booked a day ahead, but still could not get a ground floor room for a person wearing a prosthetic limb. Guess all the abled body people need the ground floor and the staff did not hold back any ground floor rooms for anyone with a mobility issue.
