"Watch out because this hotel is under renovation so lots of construction going on which we didn’t know at the time of booking. We had a fabulous breakfast at the hotel restaurant, Jose the restaurant server was very attentive and accommodating. All staff members were very gracious under the circumstances of the hotel’s renovation."

"The hotel room was spacious as we elected to get a suite. The bed was comfortable. Best thing was the hotel restaurant had excellent food and fair prices . The gym is phenomenal. Think Lifetime Fitness. The facility is well located in Orange Cty for any travel nearby.
Our only problem was that on our last night the room was not cleaned when we returned at 5 pm. It took 2 calls to the front desk to get maid service"

"We walked from train station and did not have an automobile at the site. Yet--we were charged for valet parking of a vehicle---$55 despite telling the desk that we did not have a vehicle and did not need valet parking. Please correct this error. "
