"The pool areas were good. The staff were welcoming and helpful, unfortunately except for one staff member. There was a variety of food however the hot food was either luke warm or cold."

"This was a really nice and clean hotel. We had an appartement room, so a little more space to play with. The staff were excellent, being friendly and helpful. The hotel is built on the side of a hill, with a ‘cave’ bar, and excellent views towards the sea. My only gripe would be the lack of ventilation, especially after a shower when steam would make the whole apartment feel damp. We had poor weather during our stay, so having the patio doors open wasn’t an option. I dare say that normally...

"De almindelige (standard værelser) ligger inde i bygningen med udsigt til receptionen, indendørs(intet dagslys). Resten af værelserne er ok. Kæmpe udvalg af morgenmad med friske varer. Personalet professionelt."

"Our room was very spacious beautiful view of the sea. Bed was quite comfortable. Pillows were comfortable to. Shower was good. The food was good, quite a variety. The bar staff made amazing cocktails. The spa well we expected a nice chilled relaxed massage we had the couple's experience, but turn out to not be as relaxing as we thought (so take note). We asked for a relaxing massage. Other wise all in all the stay was good."

"Tolle Lage, jede Menge Lokale und Shops an der Bay. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal. Abendunterhaltung inklusive. Mega Frühstücksbuffet. Tolle Aussicht und rooftop pool. Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, um es zu genießen. Busbahnhof gleich um die Ecke. Beste art um auf der Insel herum zu kommen. Auch direct line zum Flughafen. Wir kommen gerne im Sommer wieder."

"Kein Blick auf Strand. Balkonmöbel verdreckt,ebenso der kleine Tisch im Zimmer. Sauna machte ungepflegten Eindruck. Leute sassen ohne Handtuchunterlage mit nasser Badekleidung auf den Bänken. Gebrauchte Papp-Becher (6Stk) lagen überall i d Sauna herum. Personal (besonders beim Frühstück) sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit."

Unfortunately I cannot recall the names, but the Portuguese maitre d, reception staff and Hungarian beautician are especially to be commended for their wonderful service. "Honestly, this was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is easily accessible from the airport, we took a direct bus and then just walked a few minutes to the location. It’s in a lovely, posh part of St Julians, right on the bay, with views of either the marina or the sea. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms seemed newly renovated, were very clean, and each one had a balcony, which I wasn’t expecting. You get all the basic amenities: towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body...
