"Overall it was a nice stay at The Cove. Location was great for those of us not wanting to be right in noisy downtown. About 25 minute walk, and 5-7 minute drive to the heart of Salem. Room was clean, decor and styling was nice, and it was fairly quiet. The only negatives I have are that one day our room was only half done room service wise for some reason, and the original lady who checked me in wasn’t overly friendly. Not rude, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as the other guy that was...

"The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again "

"This was a beautiful clean place. The included breakfast was the best, with fresh fruit, homemade breads, eggs, bacon, sausage, juices. A+ The room was very comfortable. It was a bit pricey but we really enjoyed our 1 night stay. We would definitely recommend. "

"Was one of the best hotel stays my husband and I have had in many years! Check-in a breeze, rooms large and comfortable with amazing Atlantic Ocean views, friendly and professional staff and a fantastic breakfast menu which is also loved by the locals! Very close to all attractions and we can't wait to stay here again in the future, to discover more of the Gloucester, Ma. area and surrounding communities! Charming and First Class All the Way! "
