"Well you get what you pay for .deadbolt to my room not working,black mold on ceiling in shower and breakfast was not as good as it used to be out of fruit."

"Beautiful rooms all facing the green golf course with large screened in lanais. Nice kitchen and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Gorgeous grounds, lobby, and pools with waterfalls. The lazy river is great with lots of palms and music as you float along. The private beach is super nice with chairs and umbrellas provided and only a short boat ride away. Will be back!!!. "

"We booked this property because it was advertised as a family-friendly hotel, but our experience was far from it. First, the room maintenance and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. The shower drain in our room was broken, leading to standing water, and the swimming pool was noticeably dirty and not properly maintained. More importantly, the atmosphere did not match the listing at all. There is a large population of permanent residents living at the hotel, and their behavior and presence made my family feel incredibly unsafe throughout our stay. This is absolutely not an environment suitable for families. Between the lack of basic cleanliness and the overall safety concerns, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this place to anyone traveling with children"

"There was a Kosik for tired travelers to try and check in with. The person could not speak English well enough to be able to understand him. One couple in our party took 45 minutes to check in. The refrigerator in my room did not keep anything cold. Had a hard time commutating with operator about it. Cleaning women brought another one that did not keep cool. Had to throw milk and meat out. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and room was large. TV was too grainy to watch."

"The staff make this hotel great. It’s a basic hotel, but it’s across from the children’s hospital. I thought my ac wasn’t working at 0130 when I checked in. Front desk lady came upstairs to troubleshoot, showed me what I was doing wrong and solved my issue. Next day, I decided to extend my stay and spoke to front desk staff again to enquire avoit pricing. It was cheaper to book on the app instead of direct. She kept my same room tor me despite being two seperate reservations and went out of her way to save me $$$ and limit confusion with checking back in."
