"Nice and quiet hotel."

"The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel appears outdated and in need for a renovation. Upon entering our room we noticed strange black stains on the carpet. We were offered a different room immediately which was very nice. The new room had a dirty carpet, I noticed grains of rice on the floor, red stirrer from coffee. Did not tell the front desk because they were nice enough to offer me a different room. Just took it that they were not strong on cleaning the carpet. Told my son not to walk barefoot on the carpet. Beds were fine, bathroom was clean, towels were clean. Tub was stained/scraped but not something that could be cleaned. Furniture meaning chairs, couch, look old and stained. They inform that they clean the rooms every other day. On the second day I hoped that they would vacuum but no. The grains of rice were still there. Next time will stay at a different hotel. There was no safe in the bedroom. Had to carry the valuables in my purse with me during my stay. Stayed there because for the same price I got a mini suite which was nice to have the extra living room space!"

"Horrible. Surprising since it’s in my neighborhood. About $500 for three nights. And there was no TV at all I could provide picture of how the TV was. The lock on my door was broken, which was pretty scary considering the condition of the hotel look like any weirdo could come in. It smelled awful."

"This hotel should be call mold motel that smells furniture in poor condition out dated broken down cars in the park lots, pool area needs to be remodel.Appeared to be a live-in by the week or month motel. The front is somewhat kept up until you get to the main entrance. Please have them remove pictures from years old off the website. I booked five rooms and found all of them unacceptable."

"My room was pay for in advance. They charge me $30 a day for incidents. I have never had this happen to me on Hilton properties, especially with Hilton Honors. Ask for a late check out, I thought I would at least have until !. Front desk said I had to leave at 12. As far as the room was nice, other than you had to get out of bed to turn the station on the tv."
