"It's been a while since we stayed there and always stayed on top floor before. My husband has a bad back and can't do the stairs so I requested a downstairs room. "Went for an overnight stay with kids. We had a suite which was large enough for the 4 of us. Views were beautiful and the restaurant across the street was great with good service. Cute little town with lots of beaches. Front desk staff was helpful and pleasant."

Thankfully, after speaking with management the next day, they were very responsive and sent someone out immediately to fix the issue. After that, everything was smooth sailing.
