"No better place or people to be snowed in with!! The food is amazing, Hogan is a great server, bartender and found us a cribbage board to use, thanks to his Mom who also works there. Natalie made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t wait to get back there this summer! "

"Beautiful hotel, clean quiet area with food/gas nearby. My room was big and clean with comfortable furniture/bed. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonably priced. Only complaint I have, was the smell of grease/food that filled the hotel, including my room the one night. It was strong enough to wake me up. Not sure what it was, but glad I wasn't staying another night. "

"Positive first: good price and comfy bed. Now for the poor: Cleanliness was questionable. My roommate found a fake eyelash clump in her bed, hotel was generally run down, the hotel shampoo and soap smelled not great. I asked for extra hangers and extra towels. Never got the hangers and had to go back to ask for towels again. It was all okay, but not going to return to this hotel. "

"Overall good hotel. Spacious hall atrium. Good clean room, but in our room was very dirty window from outside and curtains had the whole in it. That's was disappointing. Breakfast for $21 per person "

"Ask them about repair work before booking. Pool out of order and wall paper in common areas was being replaced one floor at a time when I stayed."

"An excellent stately building with spacious rooms, a great pool & workout area, fabulous breakfast, excellent laundry room, and truly wonderful staff who really care about helping guests. We love it and have been back several times this year as our grandson was playing junior hockey in Minnesota near Plymouth. GREAT restaurants around and in Maple Grove as well."

"Bad: The room needed repairs. Broken countertop by the sink and window frame was scratched and faded. Sheets had stains, we had to ask for new ones to make the bed ourselves. We couldn’t get the internet to work. Front desk reset it and it worked but found out we couldn’t log in to any apps, even though they showed Netflix, Paramount and Hallmark channel on the TV when you turned it on. Staff said they were just advertisements?! Breakfast was not good. Sausage gravy was plain and runny. Coffee...

"Pool area was filthy at checkin and not cleaned till Saturday, room had a bad smell, Breakfast was not staffed and ran out of things like No eggs on sunday, out of Syrup on Saturday. Poor showing for a Wyndom hotel"

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "
