Mystic Lake Casino Hotel
"All customer service is at a call center. Rooms are hot and we were told that is just how building 5 works. Wasted hours trying to AC fixed and finally moved to a different room. The shuttle to the new concert venue was nice. There could be more buses when the show ends. Long wait time."
