"very steep stairs leading to rooms. Property is showing signs of wear and tear. We received emails regarding questions of access and connection to after-hours staff after we left!!! The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead."

"We stayed in the Dome and had a fantastic weekend. The Dome is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Harsha our host went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant and special as possible. The hotel is in a beautiful location near lots of nice restaurants and hiking trails. As a bonus lots of very tame deer like to walk around the hotel which is great for photo opportunities. We will definitely return here!"

"This is a sweet inn located on the river in Bracebridge...the "on the Falls" is a little misleading in that you cannot see falls - but you can hear them! The room was adequate, nothing fancy but clean and provided a coffee maker for our morning. The continental breakfast was lovely, located in what was likely the parlour of the original house. "Lovely location, with clean cabins, although quite well worn. The lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed a nice swim after our travels. We enjoyed our stay and had no significant issues."

"Staff informed us of fun events in town that were happening during our stay. It is more of a motel so no real amenities. They do have microwaves in the ice rooms on each floor. The fridge in the room kept things nice and cold. Only issue in our room was the bathroom light would turn on by itself. Not sure if this is a wiring issue or the air movement from when the air conditioner would turn on. It’s a perfect location to walk to anything in town. Thanks for another great stay."
