"The breakfast menu was fresh and the room was clean. I wanted to make tea but the coffee maker was rusted so I told the front desk and they replaced it in a few minutes. The hotel is next to several restaurants, convenience stores and gas stations. We had a very comfortable stay."

Sausage patties and links, scrambled eggs and omelets, sausage gravy and biscuits, oatmeal with trimmings, fruit, juices, milk, coffee, bagels, breads for toaster, pancake maker, and cinnamon rolls!!!!!!!! "This hotel was extremely disappointing. The pool was closed and no one informed us. They had a pipe burst at some point and then decided to fix it on Friday morning. Again, no one told us. We had an event that day and we could not shower before the event. The staff was rude. The hotel room was dirty. They had people playing a loud speaker in the middle of the lobby until very late at night. Past 11 pm."

"When we arrived at 4 pm we were told there were no rooms ready and we would have to put our name and phone number on a waiting list and they would call when it’s ready. At 6:30 we went back to the hotel after not receiving a phone call and then we were able to get our room. The paper with the names on it was still laying on the desk with only a few names checked off. The poor lady at the front desk was trying but it was too much for her to handle. We were told that they were severely short...
