The staff were incredibly helpful and thoughtful. My knee had an injury and they brought me ice. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The week flew by. Our room was comfortable and we settled right in. The staff people we encountered were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, but not great for walking.

Location was good to get to events in downtown Milwaukee. Room was clean, breakfast was typical of contienetal choices. Only complaint is that someone was doing laundry above us at 10pm and it was loud for a couple hours while trying to fall asleep

The room was very clean. Contemporary style, Included a refrigerator and Keurig coffee machine. ( coffee a must for me)! The buffet breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Clogged to Flowing!!
I stay here often when I travel to see my kids. Clean comfortable and breatfast is pretty good. I had to switch room due to broken toliet. I calles sown and the front desk associate came to my room with another key. I wish is had his name to give a shout out to!! I checked in 02/17/24 and arrived at 11pm. Managment please acknowledge him as he went above and beyond for my convenience to not come back down to the lobby as i was very tired from the road trip.

Great stay!
Clean and up to date property. They end breakfast prior to posted times! 930am not 915 or 920am. Nice to have free parking! A direct shot at The Renaissance!!

Hotel is very bussiness like and has a cold industrial feel. The bed and bath were the saving features. Bed is super comfortable and bathroom is well lit and very nicely done. The hotel is in the city so we dealt with sirens and traffic noise. Staff was super friendly and accomodating.
