Comfort was adequate. Good value for a one or two nite stay. Staff was amazing. Asked for assistance, was answered promptly, front desk staff was super welcoming and friendly.

Thank you for your time but this reservation was made thru online by Expedia and pick by you which hotel manegment was not involve we did also explained you even when you checked inn also that also last room for Friday night But sorry for inconvenience next time make reservations which we can serve you better Thanks
They required a cash deposit of $100 which is not stated on Expedia website. Although the cash deposit was refunded upon checkout, it was a great inconvenience.

I did not agree with the $100 deposit or giving my credit card number again. The fire alarm went off 3 times around 11:00om. Also the elevator did not work. For the most part the room was clean and can tell updates have been done, Breakfast was good.
This property has been updated a lil bit better than before but its one young man,hes the best employee there..he makes ur stay worth it..they rest of the staff are lazy

I don't know, but i'd like to bow. Yeah, egg Shields on the floor that I didn't do so. The room was inclined to. That was my problem and breakfast was a breakfast.

We are really sorry to know that you had to go through this , Certainly this will be considered and will run it through our staff to take care of these things.
This is the first time requiring a $100 cash only damage deposit. Usually it is put on the credit card and refunded after. I generally don't carry much cash in larger cities as it's just a bad idea. I don't think we will be back, big loss for them.

Hi Dear customer, We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that is caused during you stay regarding the deposit in cash, as there is an issue with the credit card when asking for refund of the deposit amount it is taking longer than usual to do the needful. We are expediting the process of move back to collect the deposit as well on the credit card but might take few more days to fix the issue.
