The front desk staff was hardly ever THERE, and with the exception of the cordial guy that checked us out, seemed indifferent--like you were intruding on their time. I was surprised, too, at the lack of available information in the room--nothing other than the restaurant blurb. Altogether, NOT my experience in a Hilton facility.

Great hotel. Clean, updated, excellent location close to downtown but with free, convenient parking. They also were able to accommodate a special room request. Would definitely come back!

This property was clean, the beds were okay but no microwave unless you got a suite. The shower was like a super heavy mist, it took a while to rinse hair and the breakfast was awful. Nice that they had 24 hr. coffee available and a microwave to warm it up later at night.

Property maybe ready for some updates But it’s clean, seems safe, the staff has been nice, plenty of dining choices near by. Easy drive into the heart of town, the airport Or train.

Quick Milwaukee trip
Clean, easy, breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Would stay here again! If you drive into Milwaukee— free parking and accommodations worth it.

I was kept most of the night by banging, slamming, and loud TVS. When I went to the front desk no one was around and strange folks were wandering the halls well after midnight. Staff was nice, but there is something weird going on at this place. The nightstand was falling apart and the outlets in it didn’t work. No microwave. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience with my family. It’s was clean, safe we had free breakfast every morning. Absolutely enjoy the time at the hotel, no Complaints! I highly recommend it.

Compared to other options it’s pretty dated and bed isn’t very comfortable. The soaps and shampoo in the shower were empty. Air conditioner in room was broken. Giving plenty of towels was good and the bathroom has a nightlight so you don’t have to turn the lights on in the middle of the night.

I have stayed at several Hampton inns over the years. I would definitely not stay at this Hampton Inn again. The man at the front desk checking us in did not say hello. Welcome to Hampton Inn and no positive acknowledgment of us coming to the hotel. He appeared to be a man that definitely did not like his job. My husband and I ended up requesting another room because the first room smelled of pesticides and there were dead bugs on the lampshades. The only upside to our stay, was the decent breakfast in the morning.
