Room fine, corridors havent seen a hoover in a while. Did the job.
Nice studio, directions not the easiest (it is in a building called Platinum House, which would have been much easier than just the address and postcode). Rim had everything you would need, other than a microwave. Nicely decorated and very central. Unfortunately the wall sockets in the kitchen area did not work.
Not really a space you'd really want to spend any time in. Had to keep the curtain closed to block out the rubbish tip in the back garden. Overpriced for what it is. It's clean and the bed is comfortable but won't be staying again. Price it a bit more competively and it'll be ok.

the building is only half finished and although the apartment was nice, I did not see any fire fighting equipment anywhere. The power tripped when I plugged in the iron supplied with the apartment (no portable appliance test label) - this tripped the breakers supplying the whole apartment. There was no facility for calling out an electrician until the morning, so had to go searching the fix it myself.
The best thing about this place is Charles, who was on call and came out twice (I had rather stupidly locked myself out earlier in the evening)- even though he was unable to contact an electrician without landlord permission, as the landlord won't answer the phone at night!! He still got out of bed and met with me and even found me another iron.
Frankly without him, I would have been seeking a refund.
I would prefer email before my arrival with all information like codes to the door (main and room) also wifi password. Then kitchen equipment randomly in kitchen. Sorry but for same price i was in way better rooms in MK.

Has potential but let down with lack of service
This was a disappointment from the problems with checking,to not having any service over the days if the stay, no refresh of towels or even teas or coffees clearly the lack of service doesn’t justify the price tag
I am complaining to Expedia as they did not display a cleaning charge in the headline price...I wouldn’t mind but it was £30 on top of a £72 room fee which is quite a big add-on.
Other than that the room is about same as a normal hotel, room was freezing cold as window open in middle of winter.
Would not book again.
Experience sleeping in this apartment was so-so in general, the manager and stuff was really nice and tried to help me, but I was missing lot of basic things, starting with sharp knife, grater, bowl, electric extension, etc. Kitchen equipment is really just few things. But finally I got what I wanted, just had to ask. What wasn't really good was heating. Unfortunately they jave only electric heaters, I had to ask for one more and than I was able to warm the apartment, but first night I was really cold. This apartments will fit you, if you don't expect much.
