"My experience at Lexia Hotel was unfortunately disappointing and led me to shorten my stay by four days. Upon arrival, my first room had visible water damage. I was moved to a second room, but it had a strong and persistent cigarette smoke smell that made it very uncomfortable to stay in. Despite the room change, the issue was not resolved, which ultimately led me to relocate to another hotel. On a positive note, the restaurant staff were kind and welcoming, and a front desk staff member was helpful in assisting me with my lost luggage, which I appreciated. Overall, while there were some bright spots in service, the condition of the rooms did not meet expectations, and I would recommend improvements in room quality and odor control. "

"I had an amazing solo stay at Akra Hotel, especially after having to switch hotels, and I’m so glad I chose this one. My room was wonderful with a beautiful view, and I really enjoyed using room service. The chamomile tea was a highlight for me—I had it every night and it helped me relax and sleep so well. This was also my first time trying Turkish coffee, which was a great experience. I dined at Pablito’s restaurant as well as the restaurant on the 10th floor, and both were excellent. I also loved being able to shop downstairs for gifts and bring chocolates back home for my family. The poolside area was incredibly relaxing and added to the overall peaceful vibe of my stay. I especially want to recognize Atiya from Guest Services. She was kind, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her warmth and professionalism made my stay even more special. Overall, this was an amazing solo trip, and Akra Hotel played a big part in that. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The pool was not in use during our visit but was being made ready. The staff are very friendly, most with good English. The liase lady called Seda was great, nothing was too much for her. The hotel does have it's own restaurant but there are plenty of fine restaurants nearby, our favourite was Adanadayim just on the corner. Great fresh grilled food. The hotel also has 24/7 bar and a spar covering hair, nails, massage and Turkish bath etc."

"The room, 108, was comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed the buffet style food. It was very tasty and the selection was excellent. Overall, it very good value for money."

"Apartment was clean and very modern. Facilities were great & we found the minimal pots pans etc was great as it meant using less and less clear up! We loved the fact the windows in the lounge had shutters, this was especially useful when watching movies on an evening as we were able to block out the lights from the shops across the road. The TV has Netflix which we logged into our own account. It also has Apple casting. The other applications didn’t work as you needed a pin. I requested this on day 1 but never got a reply. The reception isn’t manned very often so made asking questions very difficult. We were unsure where to put our rubbish bags as this wasn’t shown to us on check in. We ended up asking some other residents within the building. The parking isn’t really parking as such, it’s a small driveway to the side of the shops downstairs which gets busy with mopeds from delivery drivers. We ended up parking on the street to ensure we were not blocked in and able to drive as and when we wanted. The area is pretty central & we were able to get around via our hire car pretty easily. Although we were not on holiday & we’re travelling for medical reasons. Overall we had a great stay & would definitely stay again! "

"I had a really lovely stay at Antalya City Hotel & Spa. We truly enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the place was, it made it so easy to relax and unwind. The staff were kind and welcoming throughout our stay. A special thank you to the cleaning lady who was incredibly sweet. She kept surprising us with small thoughtful touches like heart shaped towels and little flowers in the room. Those details genuinely made my day every time we came back. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again."
