"My stay was fantastic my only gripe is they changed my room from two queen beds to a king because of air conditioning issues in the original room and my son had to sleep on the pullout couch which isn’t as comfortable and I was trying to get all the comfort possible out of my stay. But they did give a little discount which was better than nothing."

"It was an okay experience. Lights didn’t work in our room. Oddly proportioned rooms. Musty smell was a little off putting. Couldn’t get the TV to work, appeared to be no basic television and needed to use your own streaming service. It wasn’t as satisfactory as I would have expected for the price we paid but I felt safe and it wasn’t a bed to sleep in that was clean."

"This hotel is higher on the cost spectrum. No problem as it quite an attractive property so I opt for it. Have stayed maybe 10 times. Frankly not again. First, I am so unhappy with expensive hotels nickle & diming guests. Charging for things that, totally acceptable but much less expensive hotels, just offer courteously. Bottle water in the room $5. Ridiculous parking fee. I don't expect a room with a view of Long Island Sound...but had a vast expense of a tar paper roof. I COULD however see the tips of trees way off it the distance. Then the internet wouldn't connect. The front desk just shoved me off onto an off-shore generic IT help service which after 1 minute I knew that sitting in Bangalore was not going to help me at all getting a WiFi signal from the router downstairs in Greenwich CT. I don't think I will stay an 11th time."
