"Hotel seemed like it was recently renovated. Everything looked in top shape. The room (the most important thing) was very spacious, very clean! Not a fan of the bathtub in the bathroom but the cleanliness of it made up for it. Breakfast was meh, but once again, the food area very clean! Definitely will coming back!!"

"The location, right on the boardwalk, is excellent. We had two rooms which turned out to be in the annex across the street. That was an issue because I was having some trouble with my foot and preferred being closer to the breakfast, the lobby, etc. In addition both rooms had complete kitchens but no table or chairs. Not even a desk space for a laptop. This makes no sense and I wish there had been a way to know it before booking.
Breakfast was nice and we enjoyed the veranda with the fire pit...

"My family stayed at The Avenue II for 4 days in May. It had everything we needed for our beach trip. The beds were perfect, the room was large for 2 adults and 2 toddlers and very clean! We had a FULL breakfast everyday which held down our meal expense. The indoor pool was delightful for my rambunctious toddler granddaughters.

"Breakfast was really good. Kathy was so nice to help us with anything we needed. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the pool was supposed to be heated but they didn’t have the heater on. It would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a heated pool. Thank you to all the hard workers at the hotel for making our stay possible."
