"Breakfast was actually better than other hotels in this segment. The breakfast staff was accommodating, but the hotel staff was checked out, not really engaged in what they were doing, rather indifferent. The hotel lacks clarity on how their amenities are accessed, ex. Wifi, having room made up, getting fresh towels etc. "

"Room toilet had dried feces in it, when I called the front desk to have it cleaned, I was asked if the toilet worked and told there was no available staff for cleaning. After persistent complaining and asking for a room with a clean toilet the young lady who clearly was annoyed that I was insisting on getting the toilet cleaned finally agreed to send someone up. This man was kind and respectful and cleaned the area and was very apologetic. The parking was okay and the hotel was only about a fifteen-minute drive to Washington D.C.and all the activities we had planned. The breakfast was okay, but eggs, potatoes and meat were cold both days we stayed. The bed mattresses were not comfortable as other hotels we've stayed at but you get what you pay for and we survived. Between toilet experience, gold breakfast and uncomfortable bed I'm being generous giving the hotel 3 stars overa"

"They are renovating the 12 floor right on top of our room the drilling noise wake us up before 8 am. Also the mini fridge was not cold enough for the insulin, 2 ice machines were out of service I had to order to 7 eleven uber eats a bag of ice to make sure the medication didn’t go to waste"

"Nothing there. Breakfast was not as promised - just prepackaged muffins and coffee. Hot water and packets of oatmeal, but no bowls to put them in."

"We didn’t eat here because we didn’t know they stopped serving at 9am. The sign in the elevator said all day but that wasn’t true. The guy that checked us in barely spoke and didn’t greet us but the young lady that checked us out was super helpful and very nice."

"Hotel was outdated and in need of many repairs and a good cleaning. Bed linens and towels were clean but the lampshades, walls, etc were dirty and the outlet was half broken on the wall. Only given one small bar of soap for both hands and shower. Had to ask for additional. Mini fridge door wouldn’t close until we took the drink holder out of it. Hallways constantly smelled of cigarette smoke. Would probably not stay again. "
