"Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. "We’ve stayed at Langdon Hall a couple of times over the past 20 years. We had a nice visit… until check out time.
It escalated quickly. The minuscule lobby was teeming with sleepy guests around a nearly empty pot of coffee barricaded by luggage. A front desk attendant tried to help me by tilting the pot spilling coffee on my hand. They should have simply brought a new pot of coffee to avoid the slow trickle and disperse the crowd.
