"Having read reviews of the property I was a little skeptical about the condition of the property but was pleasantly surprised about how good it was. Very clean, nice clean sheets and towels and lots of room. My only complaints (minor) were that I was I found the apartment cold (could only find one working heater) and that in the bedroom I used there was only one power outlet. All in all I would stay here again and loved how close it was to everything I needed. Excellent value for money."

"Vi bodde 3 netter på Hof Van Stayen. Her er det gode muligheter for å bade, slappe av og bruke ulike aktiviteter. Vi savnet AC. Merk at det er forskjell på Hof Van Stayen og Hotel Stayen. Godt vedlikeholdt, rent og pent. Veldig store rom! Vi bodde her for å se på F1 på Spa, og det tok litt over en time å kjøre til banen. "

"Het hotel is vanuit de parkeergarage moeilijk te vinden, met de bewegwijzering loop je een rondje. bij de roltrap wijst hij namelijk niet naar boven en daarna is ook niks meer te vinden. Verder was het hotel prima, personeel met inchecken was ook goed. Helaas in de avond wilde wij nog naar de bar die tot 2300 uur open zou zijn maar deze was vanwege voetbal dicht, ze wees ons naar een sportbar en weer was dit een slecht aangegeven en ook slecht aangegeven door het personeel. Kamer was prima met...

"A lovely little B&B, which is handy for the station at Leuven and about 15mins walk into the centre. The room was clean and comfortable with a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Daya, the host prepares breakfast each morning and leaves everything for the guests to help themselves to, e.g. pancakes, yoghurt and fruit, eggs, bread rolls. The room on the top floor could do with a blind in the velux window and it would be good if the window vent could be closed as the streets are...

"Absolutely lovely hotel, well placed for a 2-3 minute walk into town. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast at €27 was pretty expensive for what it was, and I was surprised that room service didn't dust the bedroom or make the beds daily, just cleaned the bathroom."

"The room was clean and the staff were nice. The breakfast was excellent. It was served in the coach house which made the setting unique. They had a variety of different foods to choose from. The bread selection was top notch. The grounds were beautiful and a nice quiet sanctuary after a day of touring. They have a self service honor bar with a nice variety of local beers and snacks. I would stay here again."
