4 star rated hotel but definately lacking in customer service when something goes wrong. Was allocated room with dirty bedsheets, and reception offered to refund breakfast for the inconvenience but never happened. Also the £1 deposit charged at the time of booking which is meant to be refunded also didn’t happen. Impossible to get through to someone after checkout. Restaurant food also overpriced for quality of food.

We always want our guests to have a pleasant stay away.Our guest services team work very hard for all of our guests and it is upsetting to see that the standards of service did not meet the expectations of the business on this occasion.For clarity, regarding breakfast, as the booking was made via a third party, the request for a refund on the breakfast needs to be made through the website you booked through. Our apologies if this was not made clear to yourself. We are of course still happy to approve this once a request comes through from the third party.In regards to the 1 on your card, the usual holding amount is 50 as laid out on the booking websites. Having looked over the reservation, we can see this has now released from us and should have dropped back into your available balance. Please note this will not show as a refund and will just drop back into your available balance as this was only a pending transaction and not a charge to the card. Regarding the cleanliness, this has been relayed back to the linen company and to our housekeeping team to help improve the standards of service and cleanliness that we provide to our guests.Thank you for taking the time to feed back your thoughts to us. All guest feedback is taken on-board and used to continuously improve our services.Just to reiterate, if you make a request for the refund on breakfast via the website you booked, this will come through to us and we will be happy to approve it for yourself.Kind regards,Ty HotelGuest Services

The reception demand a security deposit of £50. You do not get a receipt of acknowledgement of the payment. The printer is broken (my first and second visit) so an email receipt will be sent to you email later. 1. The rate charged is mor than agreed at the time of booking. 2. There is no mention of the security deposit on the receipt. 3. Will I be given a refund as I did not charge anything to the room, and the receipt does not acknowledge they have the money. Very unhappy with the financial aspect of this hotel.

Evening meal was fantastic. Really tasty and great value at £24:for two courses . However this menu is not offered. You have to ask. I only knew of it because I saw it on line. My waitress who was very warm mannered and attentive was keen to point out extras labeled "nibbles " on menu and items of interest that I suspect would be specials elsewhere. I know the upselling and not offering thrbfixed price menu is policy because I listened to two other party's being sat down and the waitresses going though the same process that she did with me.The room was very nice but smaller than the average Travel Lodge and of the same standard . The breakfast was tasty but limited in choice. No tomatoes or hash or black pudding in the hot section no cornflakes musli or Weetabix in the cereals. I paid extra for a waterfront view expecting to see the beautiful harbour but could only see the other side . That's probably nit picking. Overall I stay on a average 3 nights a week away from home working . This hotel is slightly better than a Travel Lodge plus purely because the food is better

The parking was very hard to find due to poor signs ,noise from next rooms fan at 6 am coming through the wall not great. And I understand they need £50 deposit when checking in but 6 days after my stay it's still showing pending on my back it should be paid back when the room has been checked a few hrs not good enough.

2 night stay - couple.
Check in was excellent. We were an hour early and room was ready so no waiting around. Receptionist was so helpful and friendly. Great lounge/bar area. We had a king size double. Spotlessly clean, great bath and shower. Housekeepers were so helpful and friendly.Nice view of harbour from room. Both nights had evening meal - excellent service, food to die for. Also promoting local welsh products. Staff very helpful and friendly. Yet again nice views from restaurant. Car park opposite hotel was great and free of charge.Check out was so easy and receptionist was again very polite, friendly and helpful. Area around hotel includes a few cafes and restaurants. Great base for exploring Pembrokeshire. Would highly recommend.

Nice new hotel in an area we know well. The staff we encountered were all helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the cost of drinks which were twice the price of a local restaurant. The same for the menu . We ended up eating and drinking outside the hotel

highly reconmended, unenforced blue badge parking.
The hotel was easy to find, beautiful location and well kept. Staff were friendly and check in was straight forward. The hotel was immaculate, we had a room with a view over the harbour. The bed was large and comfy. The room immaculately clean as was the bathroom and well proportioned. A good selection of hot drinks were in the room as well. The location is ideal with restraunts on site nearby and shops locally. Good road links to other Pembroke areas made this hotel ideal for us. The only down side was the lack of disabled parking. As a blue badge holder I often rely in these spaces as I can't walk long distances, there were a good number of spaces, however only one car parked in these had a blue badge displayed, the lack of monitoring and honouring of the system was a real issue for me. There was thankfully a space at the nearby museum the parking officer let us park in overnight, however if this wasn't available or we hadn't been able to ask we would have had to park quite a distance away. I'd want to know they were enforcing the blue badge only bays if we were to use the hotel again.

Local stay
A short break over New Years Eve in this hotel situated at the marina in Milford Haven. Comfortable, well sound proofed room which offers a range of Welsh products as it does in the hotels within the same group. Good black-out curtains and comfortable bed. Would like to see Welsh as the initial greeting, after all we are in Wales.

Very disappointing
Check in with Charlie was great, however it was 4pm, and there were balcony room upgrades available, but still at considerable cost. As it is unlike these rooms would have sold at this time of day, a free upgrade would have been nice. I was decidedly underwhelmed at my room. Very small, with tiny bathroom. Having stayed at Celtic Manor i expected nice touches but it was reminiscent of a budget hotel. The heat in the room was unbearable and could not be altered. The bed itself was confortable, but it was too hot to sleep.

Over night stay
We only stayed the one night as we had a works party up the road. The staff on reception were very friendly and very informative. We stayed on the 4th floor witch had a beautiful view of the marina,yatchs, boat's and trawler and a nice sunny day. The hotel was busy and the hotel is well insulated witch this made the rooms warm and really quiet witch was nice no trouble sleeping. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and would definitely stay again.

On arrival in the evening there was no parking bay available, on enquiring in the hotel we were told by the manager to use an overflow car park a distance from the building. On arriving at the overflow car park found it was barriered and locked. Returned to hotel and spoke to another, manager, who suggested we park in one of the disabled slots as they are owned by the hotel. Unsure why this was not an option when we first arrived as on site parking is available according to their advert!

Fortunately in the area, there are two other free car parks available. One is available at the end of the Marina (Mackerel Quay Car Park) and another just behind the hotel near the bridge.
