"The heater didn't work so we had to change rooms. There was a strange smell in the room like people had smoked in it. The pool and hot tub were very small. The breakfast was only eggs, sausage and potatoes and huge line ups."

"The staff are super friendly. The hotel looks to be newer, which I liked. Super close to the Canadian Tire Centre and they offered a shuttle there and back for the Ottawa Senators game (very low fee). We loved this convenience! Every day they had fresh baked cookies out at reception. Was a nice treat and a nice touch. The only thing that wasn’t a wow was the food in the restaurant. I would definitely stay here again. "

It makes things comfortable for our 7 day stays. The hotel is well-located in Kanata and near Centrum) a large shopping area with a bowling centre and movie theaters. It is also fairly close to the Canadian Tire sports Centre. If we need anything while staying at this hotel, the staff are very helpful. It is “our home away from home”. "
