We stayed in the apartment two nights, separated by four days visiting the Aeolian islands, and the host organised secure luggage storage for us, which was a great help. "Very accommodating. Stefano allowed early check-in and he was so kind to drive us to the Milazzo train station. The place is easy to find and Stefano is easy to contact by phone or WhatsApp. Kitchen is stocked with treats, coffee, tea, milk, bread, jams. He has a beautiful patio. Under a lemon tree and he allowed us to take some lemons home. The place is very clean and comfortable. Would love to come back and enjoy the beautiful beach right in front of the house."

The bed sheets were clean. Location is good The café bars was decent- opened every time I visited! The staff very helpful unpleasant. If staying there just know that the properties needs maintenance/updates"

"The location is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly and so helpful, going out of their way to accommodate. We experienced equivalent hospitality across every staff, from reception to bell boy to bar lobby (Fabio and Frederica!) to espresso maker to housekeeping and the lifeguard! So sincere, they seem to love doing what they do. For ease of mobility, there are working elevators to pool areas and up to the 3rd floor of the hotel rooms. Reception was helpful to change our room to 3rd floor for my handicapped husband. After 6:00 PM, there is live music and eager lobby bar staff to make you feel comfortable with beverages and snacks. Restaurant has excellent presentation, mainly buffets with some à la carte options. One of the best options, the hotel has a partnership with a local beach club with transportation! Highly recommend this hotel experience."
