"The hotel is showing many signs of aging, from broken USB ports to squeaky/clanky doors and worn surfaces. Also, there was a mixup with the room I was assigned, and it took a long time to resolve it. The staff were nice enough but did not show any concern for my time or the mistake they made."

"I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. When I arrived after a long day of work, all I wanted was a clean room where I could rest. Unfortunately, the bed in my first room was clearly dirty. The sheets had stains and there were hairs, including what appeared to be pubic hair, on the bedding. I immediately went to the front desk to report the issue and requested either clean sheets or a different room. The receptionist gave me another room, but to my shock, the second room...

"Pros- new shower, clean ish, bathroom renovations, proximity to shops and food, good fridge, new microwave, good TV Cons- dated furniture (scary when thinking of the bed), mirror not in bathroom (made it hard to shave), bright lights at night, huge gap under door, key lock entry, no coffee, no ice, over head light (no side lamps), no side tables"

"Very clean hotel. One of our favorites to stay at when we go to EP. Breakfast is good! It changes a bit each day. But they offer yogurt, cereal, and toast and juices everyday. Staff is always nice and helpful. Parking is good."

"Check in counter was extremely overwhelmed and took me longer to check in than my entire flight to El Paso. Room key cards kept on failing to work so we had to go back to the front desk to get newly cards 4 times within 2 days. Staff was nice and helpful, but the lines were really long and just a poor experience overall."

"The woman at the front desk was very serious and came across as unfriendly. As the first person guests interact with upon arrival, I believe the front desk representative should provide welcoming, professional, and friendly customer service. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, the greeting we received did not make us feel valued or welcomed as guests. A warmer and more approachable attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience."

"The property is 3.5 stars. I traveled with a friend. I was there for 3 nights, and they did not clean the room on any of those nights. They said it wasn't scheduled to be cleaned. We were able to get clean towels daily. Staff here are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is not bad, and it's included. The location is very convenient, very close to the airport. They also provide a free shuttle to the airport 24/7. The driver was very nice. The pool is nice, we enjoyed it. I will stay here...
