"The lobby was freezing when we arrived, which wasn't terrible because we weren't there long. But the heat was totally off in our room when we got there (not just turned down) so it was also FREEZING. It took a bit for it to warm up. The exterior door in our hallway wasn't locked, we didn't need to use our key to enter the building at all, which wasn't ideal. There was a keypad on the door, must be it just didn't work? The room was nice, other than initially cold, and the breakfast was decent. "

"We found this to be the most charming hotel and such nice and engaging staff. Our staff welcomed us graciously upon arrival (with fresh baked cookies). Our room was so clean and in great condition. The breakfast was a standard breakfast with a variety of choices. Truly I look forward to traveling to this part of the country again so we can stay here. Everything was charming and the staff so friendly and responsive.. "

"Great check in and check out experience with very friendly staff . Super clean , love the no charge water bottle access along with a yummy breakfast . I was in for a Bucknell University lacrosse game . Campus was so close and honestly Country Inn& Suites is close to everything !"

"Breakfast was very basic and the hot options were room temperature. The room could benefit from soft light LED's vs. bright white. It would make it feel more cozy vs a hospital room feel. Refrigerator made a bad humming noise so we had to unplug it to sleep, thankfully we did not need to keep anything in there. The overall feel was OK, but if our daughter decided to attend Bucknell, we will be looking around for other options in places to stay."
