"This hotel is an ideal location to visit Krakow. We were basically able to walk everywhere we wanted to go without having to take public transit. The room is well-equipped with courtesy drinks and even a complimentary bottle of prosecco on arrival. The bed was comfortable and it had a very good shower. "Schönes, sauberes Zimmer, gute Lage und ein leckeres Frühstück. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Etwas störend war allerdings das WLAN, da weder Netflix noch Amazon Prime auf dem Fernseher funktioniert haben. Auch unser mitgebrachter Fire TV Stick ließ sich deshalb nicht nutzen. Zudem konnte man das Fenster nur sehr wenig öffnen, was das Lüften erschwert hat. Ansonsten war alles gut."
