"We have stayed at other Staybridges before and enjoyed them; however, this one in Wichita Falls, TX was one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed at. Staybridge needs to pull their brand as it doesn’t measure up to their standards. The carpeted floor was wet, squishy and sunken from the leaking air conditioner. Broken tiles in the tub and the water spout wasn’t even attached to the wall as was the toilet. And that was the second room we were moved to! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!"

"When arriving at the hotel, the entry area kind of spooked me as I had to park in the drive path to go check in. As you walk in the outside entry area needs some serious renovations. The flooring in the lobby needs upgrades. The elevator felt like a sauna, the rooms were small, bed was okay. Would not recommend it to anybody. I guess you get what you pay for. The employees at the front desk were very pleasant."

"Horrible guest service! (And I’m pretty laid back). Room was dirty. Put me in the wrong room. Just an all around horrible experience. That is coming from a man that basically lives in hotels. Definitely would not recommend "

"Beds were clean, breakfast was good. Staff were good. Amenities like pool, which was closed, poor. TV in our room the 1st night did not work. There is no microwave or coffee maker in these rooms. Shower stall with fold down seat for disabled persons. Parking is limited and confusing due to there being 3 similar properties in the area. This hotel location is kind of hidden and tucked away from the interstate route access. Many amenities in Wichita Falls are closed permanently, like the waterpark. We will avoid staying in this city in the future."
