"The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I booked a two-night stay and arrived at 2 AM after a 7-hour drive with my wife, expecting to finally get some rest. Unfortunately, the room was in unacceptable condition. There was a strong mold smell throughout the room. We found hair on the bed and even on one of the bath towels.
