"This place is a scam! We booked for a softball tournament through a third party company. They attempted to put me into a room that I didn’t book, upon arrival. "Esther was fabulous. I likes the ski posters highlighting the father and probably uncles of the owner and their accomplishments. I loved the rooms. The washer/dryer in one frustrated me. I should have googled directions. I appreciated having them available for use. I loved the excellent ingredients used in the food. I liked so many available snacks. I loved the interaction I had with Esther. But for the most part she gave us our privacy and I appreciated that."

Room was clean. Upon arrival tell us that they have laundry services but out of two washers and dryers only one was working. And didn't wash well. Its a 10 day road trip. I have to carry wet clothes.
The room was clean. However, upon arrival we were informed that laundry services were available, but only one of the two washers and dryers was working, and it did not clean properly. Since we are on a 10-day road trip, I had to continue the journey with wet clothes.

"I stay at this property when I travel to Utah just because of the location. It’s very central for me. However over the years the hotel is starting to look its age, rooms are ok there was an odor when we checked in, some of our rooms the air conditioning didn’t work. the gym is terrible very small, really hot and limited equipment. There was also an issue with the water so we could not shower early in the morning the day we were leaving and the hotel did not communicate at all."

"Huge room! So much so the AC had trouble cooling it, but you just have to lower it more. Great bathroom and shower. Pretty good breakfast! Only issue was you couldn't get in the parking lot turning left. Definitely an experience! Probably more a Holladay problem. Staff was awesome!"
