"Check in was more difficult than it should be. The property is not a part of the actual hotel, so you can’t check it with the lobby counter. Instructions weren’t as clearly communicated and took us a while to get the keys. "

"My stay at the BM Gardens Hotel was an absolute phenomenal experience. The staff was exceptional, everyone displayed superb hospitality. Pleasant smiles, cordial greetings and a readiness to assist was the order of the day. It was my first visit to South Africa and I was made to feel as if I have known them for a lifetime.
