"Clean room, helpful staff, and valet parking was smooth and quick."

"The receptionist was useless. Provided zero help in regard to possible parking options, since their valley parking was all full. During the night, there was a super loud music in the room next door. I called the receptionist three times just to get a response that the security person didn’t hear any noise. I have all recorded. Never , ever again in this hotel. Terrible staff."

"The hotel seemed very touch and go at first. The room was nice, the wifi, a/c, and water were all working correctly. There were some issues, that being the parking. 50 dollars a day to valet or they reccomend self parking at a lot for 40 dollars a day. The elevators were almost all out of order, going down to 1 of 4 elevators was not acceptable for a hotel this large, we spent several hours waiting on and planning our times around this. It was very frustrating. Other than that, it was a decent hotel, 8 dollar water type deal."

"The staff, location and the hotel charm was amazing. The rooms, however show age. Room 808, my first room, the TV didn’t work, the ice machine on the 8 th floor didn’t work. The furniture was heavily scratched. The room didn’t have a small fridge, that was probably my fault for not checking at booking. I was given an upgraded suite when I voiced my disappointment, 1209. Which was not expected and very much appreciated. But, that room also had issues. Once again the TV didn’t work, the ice machine on the floor didn’t work, oh jeez. The room was very spacious and even had a small kitchen and washer and dryer, amazing!!! The kitchen had a badly cracked and yellowing ceiling light, the fridge had ice on one of the shelves and water was leaking from behind a locked door in the kitchen. This hotel is an historic landmark, a grand place and it deserves better. The beds were comfy, nice shower and coffee in the room, great. The lobby was beautiful, marble floors, atrium and a crystal chandelier. I was expecting a nicer room. There were a few pluses, but the minuses outweighed them. It’s like an piece of candy that looks delicious, but when you bite into it you chip a tooth. These are my observations in the hope a few improvements are made. "

"Great stay at a unique, non-chain hotel. We actually had all power go out in our room and staff was great about switching us to a different room. We'll definitely be back here next time we're in Atlanta "

"I had stains on my comforter any the shower was dirty. The whole hotel was just icky and dirty. I stuck it out bc it was just one night but any more than that I would have just booked somewhere else and took the financial loss bc it was disgusting. "
