Only tow complaints: our coffee cups were not cleaned by housekeeping and the during check-in that kept insisting that my children have some sort of photo id for the city tax. We are currently residing in nearby Toulouse where we had left their passports in the B&B safe. The woman at the front desk couldn't seem to believe this and was kind of rude about it. We travel all over France and England for months out of the year every year. We have never had this issue. Is it a new thing? If so, they should make it clear on the reservation that every person staying at the hotel will need a photo id or send an email - anything other than stressing out late-night travelers who only want to go to bed."
