"Unfortunately, the property did not meet reasonable cleanliness or maintenance standards.
On arrival, the oven and hob were visibly dirty with grease and residue, and the kitchen overall did not appear to have been properly cleaned. There was no bin provided anywhere in the property, only loose bin bags left for guests to manage waste themselves.
The bathroom showed visible mould around the shower area. This is a hygiene issue that should not be present in a paid short-term let.

"Overall our stay was lovely, location was great for what we needed. 4 nice size bedrooms but beds were uncomfortable and dthe property would benefit from a comfier sofa in the living room. Good communication from the host and easy check in process"
