"Superbly located for Manchester Piccadilly Station and Metrolink. We stayed one night so that we could visit a concert at the Co-op Live Venue. Very comfortable and quiet with excellent amenities. The size of the fridge is good for larger drinks and groceries and the addition of a small freezer is very handy. The staff are very polite and efficient and our stay was faultless. "

"Very comfortable and spacious. Needs a bit of maintenance like the toilet where the cistern is faulty and the water continously keep running. The door handles for the main door are loose and almost dropping off plus a few more minor faults. "

Dont expect to have a good king bed in this hotel

"i booked a standard king bed.however,they use 2 single beds put together.and this causes discomfort because there is a hole in the middle of the bed.an ordinary hotel and should not get 4 stars.housekeeping is not clean.the room still has trash on it floor."
