"We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way North and were very happy that we picked this Inn. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate for our needs and in line with the price point. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nothing short of excellent with good quality ingredients, perfectly prepared."
"Good hotel, staff were friendly, plenty to see locally. They didn't make as much of the clock as they should. Would recommend. Food and drink good, and there is a local gastro pub if you would like some thing more up market."

"Overlooking the market square it is well appointed. Staff were very good albeit they wanted an early night and closed the bar at 11p.m. only bar food on Mondays and Tuesdays and that was good. The crumble sweet was delicious. Standard Rooms were adequate. Showers a bit poky. Overall good value."
