"I travel a lot and I think this is the best hotel experience I've ever had!! Ivan was absolutely the best! From communicating with us to setting up a transfer from the airport! Explaing in detail the hotel, the room and welocome drink! Property is immaculate and staff welcoming. Mario brought our luggage in and out and let's not forget the amazing, 4 course breakfast made with local fresh ingredients and definitely love!! 100% recommend to all!"

"The appartament is beautiful centraly located and a very good breakfast. The main and important thing is the staff, Pero and Paula who took care about us. It was a problem with the AC and both did everything to take us to other hotel and meanwhile replaced the AC with new one. More than this, they bought me a bottle of wine for my birthday. Unbelievable. Definitely recommend it."

"We were able to book the property even after their front desk had closed. We received no information about self check in nor were we notified that no one would be able to be reached until the following day. After a long day of traveling, we arrived at the location only to find no one there, all lights off, no knowledge of where to leave the car, and no answer on the number we tried to call several times. We then reached out the hotel through Expedia and never received an answer. Expedia also...

"We chose to have a junior studio, which had its own patio, which was very nice to sit out on with a drink in the evening. Room was very well appointed and had everything in it that you could possibly want. Anna at reception was very welcoming - even came to meet us when our taxi dropped us off near the hotel - and helpful. She is only there from 2-9 pm, so reception is not staffed outside of those hours, but she is easily contactable by phone if needed. Accommodation is accessed through a door...

"Terrific spot in a tiny street inside the Diocletian Palace. Walkable only but very memorable, with a delicious fresh fish dinner served by the fine, small restaurant outside our door. We would always appreciate, from all self-register accommodation providers, at least two days advance info on access as we travel with email but not telephone. Day-of access can be probalematic if not seen in advance!"

"This location is right outside the Palace but in a plaza attached to it, making it quieter than some hotels inside the palace. The communication with the staff was great, even though there wasn’t anyone onsite. It was clean, comfortable and just what I was needing. "
