"After a long day at the hospital we had decided not to travel to in the rain and dark so had booked this Hotel , so glad we did met by a lovely friendly young lady who welcomed us to the hotel , got our key and opened the door to a lovely large room on inspection it was clean and spacious checked bed sheets clean and felt just like home , mattress protector on which is a bonus not all hotels have these, the bathroom was fabulous you could eat off the floor the shower was a good size , the only...

"We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!"

"I am utterly disgusted that this place is even still open, arrived at 7:50pm and told we had to find food elsewhere as kitchen shuts at 8pm, then was told they were not aware we had a room booked and she would have to call owner to confirm! Said she would call us back while we found something to eat as his phone went to voicemail!!!!! We then get a call to say yes they have made a room up! I then asked if they were aware we had a full English breakfast the next morning… again no they didn’t!!...

"The properties is in good condition has nice rooms and has good food. Staff are friendly and efficient. You probably can only get there by car but there is plenty of car parking space and it could be used as a base to see a lot of of Norwich and surrounding area"

The pub & restaurant have an amazing wine selection, a superb selection of excellent beers from Lacons and fabulous food. "The property is in a small village. Pub next door , but otherwise its a peaceful , quiet area. Wells next to sea is about a 5min drive away. My room was nice, it had a kettle, iron,Ironing board, bathroom was clean and shower hot. The beds were good and the room was clean. There is some parking on site. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was also good. I really enjoyed my stay here."
