"The location was perfect for the activities I had planned during this trip. The room was a little smaller than other hotels I’ve stayed at in NYC and there were no mini refrigerators available to use but the bed was very comfortable and the hotel was very clean and well-maintained.
There was a little hiccup when I was unable to access my room for over an hour and was very frustrated after going upstairs then back downstairs to the front desk 4 different times, waiting in a long line, before my issue was finally fixed. I learned in the elevator that there were two other people also having issues with their keys that day. Other than the key issue, we enjoyed our stay."
