"Very clean room. Reception staff ok, they are very quick to get you away from the desk. Happend a few times. Housekeeping lady on floor 33 was lovely. Made sure we were ok everyday, after a day of not feeling well. "

Breakfast provided many choices da and was always well stocked. The breakfast bone moves quickly and efficiently. The frosted glass shower/bathroom wall” was NOT an issue as the person in the bathroom could only be seen as a “blob.” "

"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "

"This was the perfect location close to Times Square. The hotel itself was very clean and everyone at the hotel was very friendly and willing to help or answer any questions that you had they even set up a car for you for transportation back to the airport"

"Enjoyed everything about this hotel. A friend & I were in NYC to see an opera & shared a room together. There was plenty of space for us to move around without being in each other’s way. The closet was too small for both of us to hang our clothes, that can easily be remedied. The staff was wonderful, bartenders were so nice & friendly & the hotel allowed me to take home two pillow cases with guitars on them, I was happy about that. Overall great experience. "

"Place was super clean which is what matters to me most. I will say, I was disappointed in the breakfast. The breakfast were only pastries that sat out until they were gone. Silly thing, but would have been nice to have something that actually could sustain you for a few hours. Other than that, property was nice. The rooms are way smaller than shown in pictures. My room had a window that just faced another room, so after a few days, I felt claustrophobic in a tiny, windowless room. Great stay for...

"The rooms were clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good enough, especially considering the reasonable cost of the rooms. Even though the rooms were dated, the perfect location, staff and complimentary breakfast made up for it. "
