"Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar. Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC. Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere."

"We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it. "Well situated, close to the subway. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. "Friendly and helpful staff, with easy check-in. Our room was a nice size, super-clean, with a comfy mattress and wonderful bathroom. The hotel has plenty of space to lounge in the lobby, as well as outdoor dining. Location was an easy walk to Times Square and the theater district, as well as a close drive to the Lincoln Tunnel. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again."
