Hotel Dekat Michael J Polley Neighborhood Park

"I was only there for one night to be close by for an important family funeral the next day. Smallish lot but adequate parking. Management working hard to keep things nice. Is a party place but kept under control. I've been in other hotels where the partygoers kept me up most of the night and where they ruled the roost. Not here, praise God."

"Pretty run down dirty hotel. My first room smelled like weed and cigarettes so had to switch. Then next room had a bunch of bugs. Most of the Light lamps wouldn’t work and the ones that did took a lil min to turn on. Elevators are crazy slow (I thought I was trapped). After I saw bug on my bed twice, I couldn’t sleep or stay the night so left."

"Great staff… but I did found about 6 roaches. And I do believe they are aware because you have to “inspect the room” before they complete the check in process. That way you can’t ask for a refund once you start finding the visitors. SMH But staff was helpful and friendly. Good spot if you are on a budget."

"Nothing work and dirty."

"As a family of three this was a great stay. We enjoy everything we stayed for 2 days. Customer services were excellent and the hotel was nice and clean. Parking and breakfast were included. Would recommend this hotel 10/10."

"My favorite place to stay in Washington. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Plus a free Guinness!"

"I did a solo trip to DC for my birthday and the stay at Arlo was great! The atmosphere accommodating and the room was just perfect!"

"Mid stay"

"My husband and I stayed here on a “staycation” for our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent, our room category was great, and the bathroom was luxurious. We will absolutely stay here again!"
