"Front desk person was great , the hotel was clean and nicely decorated, the restaurant employees are very unprofessional and did not care at all for customers , our server forgot to order our appetizer and when the food came he went to the chef and this one said “ even better if they not longer want it “ he said it in Spanish assuming we wouldn’t understand but we speak Spanish too so it was very rude. The server did what he could but had not clue what customer service is really about! Is a shame that they don’t inspire people to come back to the restaurant , we were so disappointed, mistakes happens and is ok but you dont make rude comments about your clients almost in front of them"
